If you caught my Facebook video post yesterday, you know that I could not be more excited to share that the FurKid Rescue 2018 pet calendar is complete! Hunter, too, although he may have been more excited for the posing treat that followed.
On the cover is the beautiful Oakley, a search and rescue (SAR) air scent K9 with the Allegheny Mountain Rescue Group (AMRG) K9 Unit, therapy dog with Therapets and Pet Friends, and the face of this year’s calendar. Inside are 12 months of fabulous fur kids from throughout the Pittsburgh area, from former FurKid Rescue adoptables and rescued seniors to amazing pups giving back to their local communities in a variety of ways. I’m sure you can’t wait to get your paws on one, right?
Well, this is sure to get your tail wagging: the FurKid Rescue 2018 pet calendar is now available online starting at just $15. Proceeds from all calendar sales will help FurKid Rescue in their continued efforts to provide assistance with the rescue of dogs throughout the greater Pittsburgh area, so please consider purchasing one for yourself and your family and friends. A calendar makes a great holiday gift and now is the perfect time to stock up!
Again, I thank each and every one of you who supported the selfless work of the people behind FurKid Rescue who tirelessly campaign to give every animal that comes through its organization a forever family. Whether you entered, voted, shared your fur kid’s wonderful story with me during our session, or simply spread the word about this fundraiser, thank you. It is because of you that Bark & Gold Photography’s first ever pet calendar was made possible!
