Huck the Labrador Retriever – Beaver County Pet Photography

Pure magic. That’s all I can say. From one of my favorite locations to the weather that transformed from an intense August downpour to a warm, golden glow, everything about Huck’s session was absolutely magical. Patience paid off as the overcast skies and dismal drizzle lifted and a sun-filled misty haze filtered through the trees lighting up the fresh sparkling dew on the grass. Just look at that light!

Huck is a typical Lab in that he loves the water. While it took every bit of self-restraint not to chase the geese across Brady’s Run Lake, this playful three-year-old could not resist a splash in the creek that winds throughout the Brady’s Run Park. Huck’s mom Kate will soon have one of these gorgeous images of him hanging in her home as a 16×24 wall portrait.

“I love everything about him!” says Kate. And I agree; this boy totally melted my heart! If you want to see more of Huck’s day-to-day adventures, I totally recommend following him on Instagram (@huck_the_pup).
