CALLING ALL PITTSBURGH DOGS
Introducing: Tails of the Steel City
I'm looking for 20 dogs to feature in Bark & Gold Photography's first coffee table book, Tails of the Steel City, a gorgeous collector's edition book that combines joyful portraits of our most beloved canine companions and iconic imagery of the Steel City in support of Bridge to Home Animal Rescue.
All book proceeds go directly to Bridge to Home Animal Rescue, a 501c3 non-profit based in Eighty Four, PA dedicated to connecting homeless, unwanted, and abandoned dogs with their forever homes via its incredible fosters. Founded in Eighty Four, PA, this foster home-based rescue relies on its volunteers and supporters to help keep its dogs in their foster homes until each finds their perfect forever home! Your support will help with continuing their dedicated mission.

The Experience
The Bark & Gold Photography experience is all about celebrating the joy and love between Pittsburgh pets and their people, telling your story your way through wall art, fine art albums, and other heirloom products.
During our time together, your dog has just one job: to be a dog. Toss all expectations and worries aside and allow me to capture your best friend as you know and love him while spoiling him with all kinds of tail-wagging goodness!
Within a few weeks, you'll have the opportunity to view and purchase his beautiful photos from his special day. (While the session itself is a blast, my clients tell me that this ordering appointment is actually their favorite part.) Be prepared for plenty of happy tears as you see for the first time the natural, expressive, and connected portraits he worked to create especially for you!
At the conclusion of this charitable book project, you're invited to celebrate your dog and his "tail" with the official publication and release of Tails of the Steel City during a book launch party (date TBD). Be sure to bring along your celebrity pup for some pawtographs and paparazzi opportunities!

"Jessica has exceeded all of my expectations with the priceless images she was able to capture of my beloved pup. She is a breeze to work with, extremely responsive, and a true professional, and it's immediately evident that she loves what she does. Her work and products are top-notch and worth every penny for pet parents who wish to have their fur baby's memory beautifully preserved for a lifetime."

"We are so glad to have booked a session with Jes! One of our dogs is getting older and if we had waited much longer, I don’t think we could have had photos of her as the active dog she truly is. We got some excellent action shots of our dogs running and playing. We didn’t know what to expect, but now we have no regrets. Jes provides excellent white glove service throughout the experience, which makes it even more special!"

"Jessica is absolutely wonderful! She was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and she made the whole experience fun! We were blown away by the quality of the final product as well: beyond beautiful images that we will absolutely treasure for a lifetime. My only regret is that I did not know about her sooner as I would do anything to have had something like this for my late and very much beloved and missed best boy."
