Created for photographers
Done-for-you email audits and rewrites for photographers who are ready to make more money, set stronger policies, and deliver a client experience worth talking about
Your photos are stunning. Your emails? Let's talk...
You nailed the session. Your clients left excited. And then you sent them an email that was...fine...well-meaning, maybe a little long, probably missing a boundary or two.
And now you're wondering why they're showing up to their ordering appointment underprepared, unenthusiastic, or ghosting you entirely.
Your emails are doing more damage than you realize: over-explaining, under-converting, and accidentally training your clients to ignore your process.
That's where I come in.
An audit and rewrite of the emails that directly impact whether your clients show up ready to invest—or hesitate, stall, and spend less.
I review your key client emails (ordering prep, post-session, and anything tied to the sale), pinpoint exactly where you’re losing momentum, and either deliver a detailed audit or rewrite the entire sequence, depending on the tier you choose.
You get a PDF with clear notes on what I changed and why. There are no revision rounds. What I deliver is what I'd send. You take it, implement it, and walk into your ordering appointments with clients who are prepared, confident, and ready to buy.
How This Works
Submit your interest form. Tell me which tier you're considering. I'll review your form and respond within 24 hours to confirm fit.
Sign and pay. You'll receive a contract and invoice through my client portal. Payment is due in full before work begins. All sales are final.
Submit your materials. Complete a short intake form (brand voice, ideal client, gaps you're noticing), then submit your emails.
Who is This For?
Established photographers whose emails look fine, but aren't making them money.
You've been in business long enough to have a process. You're sending emails. They're just not doing what they should: reinforcing your policies, building client confidence, and moving people toward a purchase with clarity and purpose.
You don't need someone to explain what an email sequence is. You need someone to show you where yours is leaving money—and control of your client experience—on the table.
This is not the right fit for you if you're just starting out and don't have existing emails, systems, or processes yet.
This offer requires something to audit. If you're building from scratch, this isn't the right entry point.
