Way to go, my friend! You’ve made it to the final part of your pet photography experience with Bark & Gold Photography and the moment you’ve been eagerly awaiting from the moment you booked your session: product delivery day!
Most products, including fine art albums and heirloom folio boxes, can take between 4-6 weeks to arrive, but I promise the wait will be worthwhile! Once your artwork reaches my doorstep and I’ve had the opportunity to inspect everything (and Hunter has had his chance to eat the UPS driver), I’ll reach out to arrange a time to personally deliver your products to you.
As a Certified Printmaker who values above all else the service I provide to you every step of the way, from your initial inquiry to the delivery of your archival-quality artwork, I’ve seen firsthand through happy tears and huge hugs the importance of my clients having tangible products for generations to follow.
Caring for Your Dog Photography Products
Bark & Gold Photography specializes in beautiful, heirloom-quality products that celebrate the joy and love between you and your pet for many years to come. All artwork arrives completely ready to display throughout your home, which means–outside of pounding a few nails into your walls or clearing a spot on your coffee table or shelf–there is zero additional work required on your end. There are, however, best practices you can employ to ensure the beauty and longevity of your art, all of which are detailed on your art care card.

What is an Art Care Card?
Your art care card is essentially your step-by-step guide to caring for your products, from signature wall art and fine art albums to heirloom folio boxes and boutique add-ons. It covers everything you need to do (and avoid) to keep your artwork looking its best.
This card addresses care concerns like:
- Where to hang your signature wall art to extend the beauty of the print, frame, canvas, etc.
- How to clean your artwork.
- How to store your wall art.
- How to best display your gift prints.
- How to remove fur from linen-covered fine art albums and folio boxes.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
I love what I do–and I want you to, too! Each product that I carry is meticulously sourced to promise only the industry’s best of the best in appearance and craftsmanship. Whether you choose an internationally handcrafted piece finished with unique artisan touches or a fine art print boasting archival quality to last generations, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed for every product.

Love your art care card. This is something I’ve been thinking I need to add and this has inspired me to do so!
Yay, I love hearing that! I’d love to see yours when you get it done!
Although I give verbal instruction on product care, I really like your care card. It’s great that we learn from each other and can better our customer service. Thank you for this great idea!
Thanks, Elaine! I give verbal reminders as well upon delivery, but it’s great to reference back.
Your “art care card” looks beautiful! A great final touch to delivering products – great post!
Thank you, Darlene! I like to also highlight the relevant product care on the back for each particular product I’m delivering.
Love your art care card. I have a pdf- but am now thinking i should have it printed.
Thanks, Nancy! A PDF can definitely communicate just as well.
I’ll chime in with everyone else! The art care card is a great thought. It would very nicely complement the wall art guarantee certificate.
Thank you. It is one of my favorite things to include because it can become tricky for clients to remember all those care tips we verbally tell them. Having the art care card to reference makes it easy.
