On Sunday, September 19, Pittsburgh pets brought their humans out for an afternoon of free samples, giveaways, and fun, including a raffle that raised $555 for Humane Animal Rescue, during Petagogy Shadyside’s 10th Anniversary PAWty & Pet Vendor Fair.
Representatives from natural treat and pet food companies, Sandra with Scout Dog Collars, and Courtney’s Dog Grooming were among this year’s participating vendors. Petagogy’s famous doggie sundae bar kept four-legged guests cool and their tails wagging.
Nearly 50 dogs stopped by the Bark & Gold Photography pet photo booth for a complimentary pet portrait in front of this year’s beautiful watercolor-inspired backdrop. I met sugar-faced seniors, dynamo doggie duos, and Pittsburgh puppies galore, and even got to visit again with several past clients who greeted me with the waggiest tails and happiest barks.
