Bark & Gold Photography is excited to announce its recipient organization for the 2019 pet calendar contest: Dreaming of Three!
Dreaming of Three is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to charitable fundraising through its riders’ passion of horses and rodeo through its Rodeo Kids Program, which takes children fighting cancer or heart disease and their families to rodeos for a memorable night for the family. The organization also provides assistance to animal rescues during disasters in the U.S.
You can enter your pet by submitting his photo along with a $5 entry donation, which goes directly toward helping Dreaming of Three continue their efforts. Entries and voting is open from April 1 to May 13 and will determine the top 13 pets that will join Bark & Gold Photography for a professional on-location photography session for their feature in the 2019 calendar. The highest vote-getter will earn the coveted cover spot.
If you’re not local to the greater Pittsburgh area, but still wish to participate, this year’s contest includes a special option that allows you to reserve a calendar grid space for your pet, guaranteeing him a spot inside. Simply choose a favorite photo, a month, and pay. This is a great way to honor your four-legged friend or celebrate a gotcha-day or birthday! Each month has a limited number of blank squares–before and after the dated ones–in each grid and will be filled on a first come, first served basis, so don’t delay! Each grid space is just $10.
All proceeds from entries, votes, and calendar sales assist the organization in its work with its Rodeo Kids Program and aid in its mission to provide assistance to animal rescues throughout the country during times of natural disasters.
I couldn’t be more pleased to help campaign toward Dreaming of Three’s fundraising goal of $5,000! Please join me in supporting this amazing organization with your entry and votes when the calendar contest opens on April 1.
